What this is
Hacker News Insights publishes aggregate statistics and plain-language summaries computed from public data. It is an independent project provided for general information and curiosity. Summaries describe the source in plain language and never introduce a figure the data didn't produce; every number shown is independently recomputed from source before publishing.
Your submissions
Suggestions and messages you send are voluntary. By submitting an idea through the suggestion form, you agree it may be read, grouped, summarized, and acted on to improve the site — without attribution or compensation. Providing your name or email is optional and used only to reply to you; the Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is stored and what isn't. Please don't submit anything you don't have the right to share, or anything unlawful.
No warranty; not professional advice
The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. While every displayed number is recomputed from source before publishing, the information may still contain errors, be incomplete, or be out of date. It is not legal, financial, safety, operational, or professional advice, and must not be relied on as an official source. Always verify against the primary source before acting.
